"Turning 40 Class Reunion"

I just read my messages on facebook, and one was from an old classmate. She asked for my address and phone number because she's going to send me some information on a 70's themed turning 40 class reunion. The reason she's putting this together is because most of us who graduated in 1989 are turning 40 this year. That made me wonder, I'm turning 40 this year. I think after I made it to 30, the years just rolled by so quickly. My birthday isn't until  November and I am looking forward to it. My daughter is already trying her best to plan a 40th birthday bash for me. It really doesn't matter what I do, just as long as I'm surrounded by my family and closest friends. I would also like to say that this has been a great semester for me and I've learned alot from this English class. This is our last blog post, until I got in this class I had no idea what a blog was. Hope the rest of this semester is great for everyone. Thank you Ms. Smith for being a great instructor!

  1. Happy Extremely Early Birthday Monica. Turning 40 seems so far away being that I'll be 23 this year, but i know the years will pass by swiftly, so im trying to enjoy this youth of mine.

  2. Hi Monica! Like Natalie, I also just recently turned 23 and sometimes feel like life is going so fast! You should definitely let your daughter throw you a BIG party for being 40! Family and friends are such a big plus in life and they are very important to me too. Thanks for all the nice comments you have made on my own blog Monica. I wish you and your family the best!

  4. Oh, I don't want to hear about 23 or 40. When you get closer to 60, talk to me!

Monica, thanks for your participation. I'm glad to have "met" you!
